Abstract:The current research into Phialophora gregata resistance in Iowa is described. Resistant cultivars (BSR301 and BSR302) are prescribed for areas where maturity group III types are adapted and for fields where over 75% of plants have been infected in a recent year. The management of resistance genes is discussed.
