The Dr. Henry Nguyen lab at University of Missouri is looking for a Research Specialist in the Soybean Genetics and Genomics Laboratory. Responsibilities include planting and maintenance of field and greenhouse experiments, management of soybean genetic populations and seed stocks, and assistance in laboratory analysis of soybean seed composition. Other duties will include supervision of undergraduate students and help with the daily operation of the lab. Applicants should have a B.S. degree in biology, plant science, or a closely related degree. Candidates with an advanced degree (M.S.) and field research experience are preferred.
