Comments:Transcriptional repression of AGAMOUS in Arabidopsis occurs via the LEUNIG/SEUSS proteins. The LUFS domain of LEUNIG (LUG) interacts with the SEUSS (SEU) protein leading to repression of AGAMOUS (AG). The exact mechanism is unknown.
