Comments about the QTL

The marker interval for this QTL was reported to contain Sat_082. This marker has never been recognized by SoyBase and the origin of this value is unknown. In order to map this QTL, we have mapped a region of +1cm and -1cm from the Satt376 marker of the interval in order to produce an estimated region that is correlated to the trait. For more information, see the original literature. The objectives of this study included an epistatic analysis of varying QTL's and environments. For further details regarding the specifics of this research, see the original literature.
