The data comes from the parental line AX19287 in relation to sudden death syndrome. QTL associated markers were approximately placed on the SoyBase Composite2003 genetic map by BLASTing the markerŐs sequence against the Wm82.a2 genome, identifying the nearest genetically mapped markers on each side of the BLAST hit, and interpolating the markerŐs position on the genetic map to a similar relative position. The right side marker could not be identified, so the QTL is being represented by the left flanking marker. SCN is caused by the nematode Heterodera glycines.
