From this page you can download genetic map positional information for individual chromosomes and feature types.
You can also download bulk data for the entire genetic maps of the GmComposite and GmConsensus map sets.

Select a chromosome (linkage group) to search

Choose the type of output you want here. The choice "HTML" will produce an HTML output. The choice "TEXT" will produce output that you can copy-and-paste into a spreadsheet or save by clicking on the output and RIGHT clicking the mouse. This will bring up some file options. Choose the "This frame" option and "Save As" to save the results frame to your computer

For a whole linkage group use "0" as the start and "10000" as an end position
