We have found that the most reliable way to transfer a list of gene model IDs is to upload a text file of soybean gene model ID's to avoid cut-and-paste problems. The format of the file should have a single gene model ID per line and the file should be saved as ASCII text.

Choose the type of sequence you want here. The choice "Nucleic Acid" will return the nucleic acid sequence of each Identifier uploaded. The choice "Protein" will return the predicted protein sequence of each Identifier uploaded. This will bring up a file dialog box. Choose the "Save As" to save the results to your computer

Nucleic Acid Sequence	Download list of sequences as a FASTA file of nucleic acid sequences
Protein Sequence	Download list of sequences as a FASTA file of protein sequences
Gene Call Sequence Annotation	Download the annoations associated with the list of gene calls
