This page is designed to search for unigene sequences that have Affymetrix&trade GeneChip® Soybean Genome Array probe sets exact matches. Each probe 25 mer was associated with a sequence when there was a perfect match between
the probe and the sequence. To search for matches to a probe set,
enter a list of the consensus sequences in which you are interested. You will then be presented with a five column table that represents the Affymetrix contig, probe set and the list of sequences from each unigene set matching one or more
of the 25 mers that make up the 11 member set for each Affymetrix consensus sequence.
